The build-in air condition system ensures that even during warmer nights you will have a restful sleep.

Beside the dining and office area in the main living room, you find a comfortable couch which can be converted into a queen size bed, and a very relaxing lounge chair from which you can enjoy listening to your favourite music on the 5.1 Dolby® Surround sound system or watch the latest movie on your flat screen TV including over 80 (HD) TV channels. As the bedroom the living room as well is equipped with an air-conditioning system.

The built-in kitchen is equipped with premium appliances including an induction cooker, a convection oven and a microwave including a steamer. Filtered, chilled and sparkling water is provided directly from the tab. The kitchen also holds all cutlery, plates and dishes you need for yourself or for catering your friends, family and business contacts.

After a stressful day you can relax in the spacious Jacuzzi bath-tub whilst the built-in speakers in the ceiling play your favourite music directly from the main Stereo system in the living room.
